Hi, sorry for the late reply again, this is a very unusual way to contact me I don't check here nor receive notifications. If not Discord, you should've replied to the topic you made about this. Anyway, I didn't get the impression that you were simply asking if it was safe from your question. I thought you wanted to unblock it, because that is the official CoD4X URL, looks to be safe to me. Alternatively I'd ask the CoD4X Discord just to be sure. But yeah the web domain looks legit. It's from the team that makes the community patch "CoD4X" that everyone uses nowadays. I've never personally seen or used that URL, but I assume CoD4 itself uses it and that's where it triggers your router. Apologies again for the very late response, but I hope this finds you well.
